For 30 years I was a tennis professional and program director, leading staff, running programs, and building relationships with families that lasted for years. Teaching taught me to explain complicated ideas simply and to earn people's trust. That is how I approach AI with business owners who are new to it.
I have also been building computers by hand for 35 years, so I understand the hardware and systems underneath. I hold a master's degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Central Florida, which is why healthcare offices are a main focus of my work.

An on-site workstation is a dedicated AI computer I build and install in your office, which gives you the most privacy. A private cloud server is a secure system dedicated to your business that you can reach remotely, with lower upfront cost and room to grow. Can you work with healthcare offices and HIPAA rules?
Healthcare offices are a main focus for Munoz AI, and my background is in healthcare administration. Munoz AI does not hold any compliance certifications, and I won't claim any I don't have. For healthcare clients I use cloud providers that will sign a Business Associate Agreement, and we go through your requirements together. Your own attorney or compliance officer should confirm what your practice needs.
What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also do routine work for you, such as organizing information, drafting client emails and documents, and keeping tasks on track. Each agent is designed around how your business already works.
